Wilde Custom Gear is committed to providing exceptional gear. This commitment takes time and scheduling a custom gear appointment gives you direct access to our team of extremely talented custom gear designers.
When scheduling a custom gear appointment, we request you provide information regarding your project. That information could be internet links, photos, drawings and text descriptions. Our designers spend time reviewing your provided information and conduct research prior to your appointment.
The time we spend on your custom project is valuable. A custom gear appointment charge is required.
The custom gear appointment charge is credited toward your project. We understand that life happens. You may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance for a refund on your appointment charge. If you miss your appointment without cancelling, your appointment fee will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice or misses their appointment, they prevent another customer from being helped. To cancel a Monday appointment, please cancel the Friday before your appointment.
